Enjoy cooking meals on the Heartland Classic 6-burner Gas Range in the open kitchen with cabinets galore. 

The special solitude of this home is perfect for enjoying the back deck without worrying about the hustle and bustle of the world. Spend your days on the water and evenings wrapped in a cocoon of fresh air relaxing on custom made Adirondack chairs on the spacious front porch. Step up your cooking game using the gas grill available on the deck. Head inside for some time spent before a crackling fire in the breathtaking two-story stone fireplace. This family-friendly retreat is all about entertainment with cable, board games, books and a fire pit. 

Bluewater Community has its own little beach, 3 launches, picnic areas, fishing dock and beautiful pavilion that guests can use. Knotty Pines on the Lake features with a fire pit and wooded acre 325 feet back to a little creek. It is also only 2 blocks from the water with a community boat ramp to bring your ski's, boat, and canoes. Also available is a Gem electric cart that can be used to get to boat launch, community beach and travel through the community. Also available is an 240v Electric Vehicle charge station at no cost right in the driveway. If you don’t have a boat don’t worry, we have a kayak and a community beach for you to enjoy.
